1 Brief Introduction
Palm fiber dryer is a type of drying equipment employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with heated gas.The moisture content in the dried palm fiber normally isunder 10%. EFB fiber (empty fruit bunch fiber), as the by-product of palm oil extraction, could be recycled for green industry:

It needs several processes to get clean, dry palm fiber: shredding, separating, screening, drying. To avoid over-heating & fire risk, palm fiber dryer works at 120-220°C. It takes about 10-20 minutes to reduce moisture from 50% to 10%. Low temperature, short drying time ensures high quality of palm fiber.
